The Osseo Park Center Youth Lacrosse Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth of youth lacrosse in the North West Suburbs, including Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Champlin, Osseo, Maple Grove, and Plymouth. The association offers an instructional and developmental program for boys and girls from grades 4th -8th.
Lacrosse is growing by leaps and bounds all over the country and the North West Suburbs are no exception. There are a variety of travel teams and club teams springing up all over, however we want you to remember that OPC Lacrosse welcomes players of all abilities and it is our goal to have your child on the field playing as much as possible. We are a recreation club and it is our goal to have all interested children playing and enjoying the game of lacrosse.
Our coaches and volunteers are committed to providing a uniform and organized program emphasizing the basic and finer skills and strategies of the sport in order to prepare the player to compete at the next level. Players of all skill levels will have the opportunity to develop their game in a positive environment that promotes teamwork, fair play, good sportsmanship and lots of fun.
Join the Osseo Park Center Lacrosse teams for a youth lacrosse clinic. Try the game for the first time or brush up on your lacrosse skills. Clinic is designed to introduce players to the fundamental skills required by the game of lacrosse. Cradling, catching and throwing, picking up ground balls and basic offensive and defensive concepts will be covered in this clinic, as well as more advanced concepts as we get ready for the season.
